Description: COMMD1 Recombinant Human produced in E Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (1-190 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.3 kDa. The COMMD1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Introduction: COMMD1 is accountable for inhibition of TNF-induced NFkappaB p50 and n facilitats of biliary copper excretion within hepatocytes. High expression of COMMD1 is localized in liver tissue, with lower expressions in lung, heart, kidney and brain tissue.
